African Art

Participants will dive into the world of African art by painting on African masks and calabashes and creating African themed group artwork.

Objective: Encourage creativity and provide insight into the cultural significance of various art forms

Drums and Rhythm

Participants will engage in traditional African drumming, learning basic beats and rhythms that emphasize teamwork, harmony, and communication.

Objective: Foster synchronization, patience, and collaborative energy among teams

Cultural Games

Teams will participate in games inspired by African traditions, designed to build strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Objective: Strengthen collaboration, leadership skills, and quick decision-making

Traditional African Dance

Teams will explore vibrant African dance styles, encouraging coordination, trust, and mutual encouragement.

Objective: Build team synergy, creativity, and collective spirit through physical movement and expression.
